Our AOC Wines - A Traditional craftsmanship in Saint-Aubin-de-Lanquais
The Castle Tower Grangemont produces a wide range of AOC wines from grapes we grow on our domain. We are in front of the red grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec, as well as the white varieties such as Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, Muscadelle and Ugni Blanc.
Our reds, whites and rosés are the fruit of a meticulous work in the vineyard to the bottle. We produce a part of our wine in stainless steel tanks, while others are aged in oak barrels to ensure a full expression of the terroir.
The Côtes de Bergerac rouge is matured for 12 months in oak barrels after fermentation in stainless steel tanks. We also offer dry white wines and fluffy, made directly into barrels and kept on the lees for 6 months, which gives them rich, complex flavors.
